The Mentor Program is designed to help you navigate your new career. Our team will match you with an expert agent that will guide you through your first three transactions.

Mentor program timeline

New agent passes test, decides to join Reliant Realty. Meets with Principal Broker.

New agent participates in new agent orientation either in our recurring classes, via video in our agent resources, or one-on-one with Principal Broker.

Principal Broker & Branch Admin complete new hire paperwork, on-boarding to Realtracs and Leverage, and facilitate signing of the Mentorship Agreement.

Mentor & mentee begin meeting on a frequent basis to work through the checklist. Mentee shadows/assists the monitor real estate related activities (i.e Open Houses, showing buyers, setting up listings, etc).

New agent participates in new agent orientation either in our recurring classes, via video in our agent resources, or one-on-one with Principal Broker.

Mentor and mentee have met several times over a few months and have worked through the checklist over the course of active transactions. The mentor is available to assist the mentee through completion of their first three transactions.

Principal Broker selects the best-match mentor for the new agent and facilitates an introduction between the parties.

Mentee gets their first transaction! Mentor helps facilitate the transaction and brings in the Principal Broker for assistance where needed. Transaction commission is split 50/50 between the mentor and mentee.

After completing three transactions with the mentor, splitting the commission 50/50 on each, the mentorship program ends and the mentee's commission split gets bumped up!

Brad Hull

Brad Hull is a 20 year resident of Middle Tennessee and an agent with more than 5 years of experience. He graduated from Belmont University’s Massey School of Business in 2001 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. After 15 successful years in the music business, he transitioned into real estate and quickly earned Reliant Realty’s “Rookie of The Year” award for his first year of production. He has since earned several other awards, including recently receiving ERA’s Circle of Achievement status in 2020.
Brad is a devoted husband and a father of 3 children. He is service oriented by nature and enjoys helping people to see their dreams come true. He is involved in his church and his community. As a Superhost on Airbnb and a former long-term rental landlord, I also have the ability to teach clients and mentees about an array of different aspects of real estate regarding investment properties.
