Mentor program timeline
New agent passes test, decides to join Reliant Realty. Meets with Principal Broker. New agent participates in new agent orientation either in our recurring classes, via video in our agent resources, or one-on-one with Principal Broker.Principal Broker & Branch Admin complete new hire paperwork, on-boarding to Realtracs and Leverage, and facilitate signing of the Mentorship Agreement. Mentor & mentee begin meeting on a frequent basis to work through the checklist. Brad Hull is a 20 year resident of Middle Tennessee and an agent with more than 5 years of experience. He graduated from Belmont University’s Massey School of Business in 2001 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. After 15 successful years in the music business, he transitioned into real estate and quickly earned Reliant Realty’s “Rookie of The Year” award for his first year of production.
