Casey has launched and operated Real Estate firms, Property Management firms, Mortgage Brokerages, Title Companies and Insurance Firms across six states within the Southeast. He entered the business as a sales associate in the late 90’s and joined the management team shortly thereafter, spearheading the opening of offices in new markets for three years before venturing out on his own to open his first firm in 2001 and Reliant Realty in 2004. Since then, Reliant Realty has grown to over 800 agents and 7 offices in multiple states.

Casey serves on ERA’s National Advisory Council as well as the Next Gen Leaders Network that regularly meets across the nation to consult on the trending and important aspects of today’s real estate landscape, while trading best practices and perspectives that heavily influence the trajectory of our family of companies.

As CFO of Reliant Realty ERA Powered, Jennifer Pierce Cook serves an integral role in the development of one of the fastest growing companies in the Nashville market. Jenn manages and motivates staff with emphasis on organic growth within the company. Less than one month after graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, Jenn became a founding partner of a successful accounting firm while also earning her Master’s in Accounting in 2008 and earning her Certified Public Accountant certification in 2009.

​Jenn was featured as the cover story – “Building a Practice for the Future” – in the 2011 CPA Practice Advisor; she was named among CPA Practice Advisor’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2012; and was awarded Tennessee’s Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013. Professional accolades aside, Jenn’s most treasured titles are that of wife and mom.

Sean Shariati has been a key player on the Reliant management team since the company was founded in 2008. Following completion of his business degree at Middle Tennessee State University, Sean went on to earn his MBA from Belmont University. A true native Nashvillian, Sean takes pride in calling Music City his home.

As principal broker for Reliant’s largest office, Sean is always on the move, managing the needs of more than 200 agents currently based out of our south Nashville location as well as remaining active as a sales agent to remain sharp. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, Sean has an intimate and thorough understanding of the local and regional markets. He has navigated thousands of transactions – from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors – and truly loves meeting the needs of his agents and buyers and sellers throughout the mid-state and beyond.

In his down time, Sean enjoys time with his kids, Norah and Henri. At any home game, you’ll have a good chance of seeing Sean supporting the Titans and the Preds.

Eric Oldsen is the Principal Broker of our corporate headquarters at the Gallatin, Tennessee, location. Eric earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree while attending Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and the University of Sydney. He remains a health and wellness enthusiast, enjoying fitness training, surfing, and adventure sports. In 2002, Eric embarked on a career in real estate in Nashville and has been aiding buyers and sellers in accomplishing their goals ever since. As a principal broker since 2005, Eric enjoys overseeing transactions and nurturing relationships with agents and their clients, demonstrating “real estate the right way” with integrity, consistency and consideration for individual needs and workstyles.

Having expertly navigated transactions in primary residence, new construction, investment, vacation, recreational, commercial and land, Eric is well versed in all areas of our industry. His nearly 16 years of real estate management have provided opportunities to share valuable insight and knowledge with his team of agents as well as his own clients. Customer service, attention to detail, devotion to the industry and strong negotiation skills are among the personal attributes that allow him to stand out within his profession. Staff, colleagues, friends, and clients know that Eric invariably goes the extra mile to help others achieve and even exceed their goals. ​

Nathaniel is the Principal Broker of our Franklin/Brentwood office and started working with Reliant in 2012. When he first joined our team, Nathaniel served as an active duty Tennessee Army National Guardsman and joined our roster full-time after 13 years of military service.

Nathaniel has always been drawn to serving others and finds much fulfillment in helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. In addition to serving the community as a realtor, he enthusiastically helps to grow and educate our family of agents.

Before being named Principal Broker, Nathaniel was Reliant Realty's education director and then the Managing Broker of the Nashville office. Nathaniel and his wife, Tiffany, opperate a team toghether and are consistently recognized as one of the company's top performing teams.

Nathaniel has two beautiful children with his wife, and he spends much of his free time creating fun memories with his family.

Olivia’s love for real estate was born out of watching her grandfather as a builder. From an early age, she knew she loved homes, and combined with her natural talent in sales, has translated these passions into a successful real estate career. After starting her career in 2013, she quickly became a top-producing agent and now serves as the Principal Broker of our Murfreesboro Office.


Olivia has taken several new agents under her wing in her career, long before becoming principal broker. She enjoys teaching new agents how to have a successful career and has mentored several top agents in the industry. Olivia gets great fulfillment from helping others be successful, and is continuously looking for new ways to help her agents achieve their goals.


A Middle Tennessee native, Olivia graduated with a B.B.A. in Business and Marketing from MTSU. She has been featured in Real Producers, and has received Circle of Excellence awards for sales volume in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021.


In her spare time, Olivia enjoys home & interior design and DIY/remodeling projects with her husband. Together they enjoy spending time as a family with their daughter.

Brandon is the Principal Broker of our Clarksville branch and second-generation Realtor. Brandon’s experience in the real estate industry stretches back to his childhood, following in his late father’s footsteps, who was a Realtor for over 24 years throughout Middle Tennessee. Brandon was able to learn the ins and outs of the business at an early age, and shortly after becoming an adult, ventured into real estate sales full time. He has operated a successful real estate team since 2013. Along with residential real estate sales, Brandon has a strong background in residential construction and real estate investing.

Brandon has a passion to see his agents succeed in their businesses and works hard to meet their needs daily. He has negotiated numerous types of real estate transactions allowing him to offer his experience and knowledge to his agents, as well as his clients. Brandon currently holds ABR, e-PRO, and MRP designations. He continuously strives to gain useful knowledge, education, and insight to better serve his agents and clients.

In his personal life, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor and his children. He plays an active role in his community as a firefighter and emergency medical responder for Tennessee City Volunteer Fire Department. He and his family enjoy hiking, camping, and living life on their ever-growing mini-farm.

Josh is the Principal Broker for our Clarksville office and a retired Army Officer. Josh’s passion for real estate drove him into his second career as a Realtor. Josh started his real estate career with Reliant Realty and has been a staple in the Clarksville office ever since. His passion for all things real estate and helping others can easily be seen by all.

Although not born in Tennessee, Josh has deep roots in the Clarksville community. 11 of his 27 years of military service were served with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell. Josh remains active with military units and takes pride in the fact that he gets to continue to serve the military and veteran population as a Realtor. Josh is currently licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky and carries the e-PRO and MRP designations.

In his downtime, Josh enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife Rachael, and his children. Josh and Rachael share a passion for the outdoors and on a hot summer day, you may see them floating or kayaking one of Clarksville’s many rivers. Fishing, boating, hiking, camping, or hunting are usually on the agenda as well.

Eileen George is Reliant Realty, ERA Powered Managing Broker in the Gallatin office. She joined the Management team in late 2016, serving in various capacities, including Brand Ambassador.

With experience in real estate sales, brokerage, and management since 1986, Eileen has received the Lifetime Achievement Awards of Excellence for sales production. She is a Sterling R investor in REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) and completed most NAR designations.

Eileen has strong ties in the community and is a candidate for a seat on the Gallatin City Council in 2020. She serves on many committees, including Habitat for Humanity, is an officer on the Women’s Council of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and active member of her church.

What Eileen enjoys most is watching others succeed in their profession and spending time guiding and directing them. She currently has a JPII intern interested in marketing and business that shadows her weekly learning the real estate industry. When you’re passionate about what you do, it’s no longer work, and that’s Eileen’s goal.

Originally from New York City, she calls Sumner County home since 1975. She loves the home she shares with her adult daughter, Jennifer, an Art Educator at St. Bernard Academy, Nashville, and graduate student. They have two fur babies, Tavish the cat, and Freya, the Bernadoddle dog.
